MSP overview

DeskAI has native MSP (Managed Service Provider) support. As an MSP Admin, you manage multiple client workspaces from a single portal.

MSP Admin role

The MSP Admin sees all clients, all tickets across clients, and has full administrative access. Client agents only see their own workspace.

MSP Portal

Access the MSP Portal from the sidebar (visible only to MSP Admins). It shows all clients, their plans, ticket counts, and agent counts.

Key capabilities

• Create and delete client workspaces
• Assign agents to clients
• View per-client analytics
• Access each client’s portal URL
• Change client plan tiers
