DeskAI supports keyboard shortcuts to help you move fast without touching the mouse. All shortcuts work from any page inside the app.

Tips
- On Mac use ⌘, on Windows and Linux use Ctrl.
- The search palette searches tickets, knowledge base articles, and agents simultaneously.
- You can open the search palette from any page, without navigating to the search page first.
